Buyer Beware! It’s a really tough market for buyer’s right now. Getting kicked in the gut at every turn, it seems like. In the past 3 days, I’ve written 10 solid offers for top notch buyers. Some win and some do not.
Showing restrictions are things to pay attention to. Who set’s them and who doesn’t? Ask yourself this; Are restrictions being used to benefit the seller or the agents or…?
Multiple offer situations are another comonalty in todays market. Do the seller’s actually have more than one offer? How do you, the buyer, know if they do or if they do not?
Offers submitted over list/asking price and they are being rejected…?
These things are happening right now, in today’s Residential Real Estate market. It’s sad but, true.
